一、基本简况

靳治良,男,汉族,1966 9 月出生,甘肃省静宁县人,博士,研究员(二级),正高职 高级工程师,博士生导师。英国皇家工艺院 院士,国家民委 领军人才,国家民委 清洁能源与绿色化工创新团队 带头人,宁夏 太阳能化学转化技术 重点实验室 主任,北京能源与环境学会 能源数智与低碳工程专业委员会 副主任,中国能源学会 新能源专家委员会 副主任委员,宁夏材料学会 理事。

二、工作履历

1987 年 7 月 毕业于 西北大学 化工系。

1987 年 8 月 ~ 2000 年 7 月 原 兰州煤气厂 工作,历任技术员、车间副主任、技术科 副科长、科长、安全环保科 科长、总调度长 等职。

2000 年 8 月 ~ 2003 年 7 月 中国科学院 盐湖研究所 读硕士。

2003 年 8 月 ~ 2006 年 6 月 中国科学院 兰州化学物理研究所 读博士。

2006 年 7 月 ~ 2014 年 8 月 中国科学院 兰州化学物理研究所 羰基合成与选择氧化国家重点实验室 工作。任副研究员、研究员。

2014 年 9 月 ~ 至今 北方民族大学 化学与化学工程学院工作,任研究员、正高职 高级工程师。 ( 其中 2016 年 1 月 ~ 2019 年 6 月 担任 院长; 2014 年 9 月 ~ 2023 年 8 月 担任 国家民委 化工技术基础重点实验室 主任 )。

期间曾分别于 1988 年 5 ~ 10 月; 1990 年 1 ~ 6月; 1995 年 10 ~ 12 月; 1996 年 5 ~ 6 月; 2009 年 12 ~ 2010 年 3 月 在捷克、日本做合作项目。

2005年 任高级工程师,2008年 任副研究员,2012年 任研究员,2015年 任正高职 高级工程师。
